The 1225-40® standard 40″ manhole cover, featuring “SEWER” lettering, is a reliable and durable stock item tailored for sewer infrastructure projects. H-20 traffic rated when paired with an H-20 rated ring and properly installed in reinforced concrete, this cover is constructed from premium coated cast gray iron (ASTM A48 CL35B or better, AASHTO M306-10 (M105)) to ensure long-lasting performance.
