Return Authorization (RMA) All returns require prior authorization from Bass & Hays. Before initiating a return, you must obtain an RMA form and number, which will streamline the process and ensure proper handling.
Required Documentation– To process your return, please include the following:
- A copy of the original purchase order and purchase order number (or any related references).
- The signed picking ticket and/or corresponding invoice(s).
Restocking Fees– Returns may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 50%, depending on the saleable or usable condition of the item and any damage incurred. All items are subject to physical inspection and verification by Bass & Hays, and our decisions after inspection are final.
Return Conditions– To qualify for a return, items must be in new or saleable/usable condition. Please note that refunds will not be issued for:
- Items purchased on purchase orders older than 8 months.
- Special order materials.
- Materials that did not originate from Bass & Hays.
Policy Exceptions– We understand that unique circumstances may arise, and Bass & Hays reserves the right to waive or modify these conditions on a case-by-case basis.
