BH-5PD® 20″ Locking Ductile Iron Lid Water Meter Cover

The Bass & Hays standard BH-5PD® Lid, a 20″ ductile iron locking meter box lid labeled “WATER METER,” is a durable and versatile stock item designed for secure utility access. Made from coated ductile iron that meets ASTM A536 or better standards, this lid is suitable for light-duty traffic applications when used with the P55P™ D18 (with ductile iron ring) and properly installed in reinforced concrete. It is compatible with BH® 55™, 548®, and 536™ series galvanized meter boxes, as well as BH® P55P™, P548P™, and P536P™ series plastic meter boxes. Additionally, it fits the BH-58™ meter vault access plate assembly. Other lettering or lid styles are available through special orders. Please note that using this traffic-rated lid with non-traffic-rated rings or frames may affect the traffic rating.
