The standard BH5C® 20″ cast iron locking meter box lid, labeled “WATER METER,” is a durable and reliable stock item designed for utility access. Crafted from coated cast gray iron that meets ASTM A48 CL35B or better standards, this lid ensures long-lasting performance. While not traffic-rated and not recommended for use in traffic applications, it is an excellent choice for non-traffic installations. Additional lettering or lid styles may be available through special orders. Proudly made in the USA, this lid combines quality and functionality. This item may be custom branded or personalized enabling you to identify your municipal or utility infrastructure with a logo or special letterings.
