The standard BH5C® 20″ cast iron locking meter box lid, labeled “WATER METER,” is a durable and reliable stock item designed for utility access. Crafted from coated cast gray iron that meets ASTM A48 CL35B or better standards, this lid ensures long-lasting performance. While not traffic-rated and not recommended for use in traffic applications, it is an excellent choice for non-traffic installations. Additional lettering or lid styles may be available through special orders. Proudly made in the USA, this lid combines quality and functionality.
