180-18 TXDOT Steel Cover

Standard TXDOT specifications 180-18™ (TXDOT # 1846) 18″ diameter steel plate lid with 1″ hole. Typically used in curb inlet installations that are not in traffic. (Refer to engineering specifications on job blueprints for details on installation specs) Lid is 1″ thick uncoated ASTM A36, AASHTO M306 flat steel plate that is water jet cut to fit rings very precisely. Stock item. Water jet cut to 18″ diameter, with a 1″ hole that may be used as a pick hole, vent hole, or may be secured with chain to the concrete box. Chains, bolts, washers & nuts sold seperately.
