BH® 58 Outer Plate
The cast iron locking outer plate for the BH® 58 assembly is a reliable stock item designed with a slip-resistant tread plate surface for added safety. Measuring 38-1/2″ x 49″, this uncoated cast gray iron plate meets ASTM A48 CL35B or better and AASHTO M306 standards, ensuring durability and quality. While not H-20 traffic rated and not recommended for use in traffic applications, it is an excellent choice for non-traffic installations. Proudly made in the USA, this plate delivers dependable performance for water meter vault access needs.
