1824S Penta-Head Locking Valve Box Lid Sewer

The Bass & Hays Standard 7-5/16″ diameter locking valve box lid, designed for B&H® 1824S™, 2436S™, 3648S™, and 3960S™ adjustable valve boxes, is a secure stock item marked SEWER. H-20 traffic rated when paired with a Bass & Hays H-20 rated valve box properly installed in reinforced concrete, it features a 1/2″ x 2-1/2″ stainless steel pentahead security bolt and CAM lock mechanism, requiring a special socket (sold separately) for access. Crafted from ASTM A48 coated cast gray iron CL35B or better, with a 304 stainless steel bolt and cast bronze CAM locking bar, it meets AASHTO M306 standards. Proudly made in the USA, riser rings, custom lettering, special designs, and logos are also available.
